Clear warm golden colour, almost copper. Nice stable white head. The flavour is bready with some slightly rough bitterness. Hint of aroma hops and vegetable. The finish has some yeast and an OK rough, cleansing bitterness. Sounds bad, but works out almost all right in the end. HermanW (623), Coevorden, Netherlands

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Mar 24, 2003 Grainy aroma. Beautiful presentation, little hazy (filtered only once), golden, white head, very good lace. Bit too light, refreshing, light bitter, nicely hopped, well balanced. Malty finish with some bitterness in the back of your throat. Beautiful brewery/brewpub/restaurant by the way and worth while visiting, although in the middle of nowhere for me. bierkoning (6025), La Tropica, Netherlands
