Breathtaking amber colour, white and quick disappearing head (unlikely for a Weizen). Banana Aroma at its best. Fruity, grainy (spelt) start. Harmonic but not too intense carbonisation. Beer starts getting thinner. Fruity finish with an malty note appearing. Excellent for hot summer days - for the rest of the year somehow to thin bodied.
