Herb-malziger Antrunk mit steigender Würzigkeit. Frisch, das Malz wird heller. Lang anhaltender Nachgeschmack, hell, süffig, wenig bitter. Gelungen! 9/10/9/11/11/11

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice small head. Starts strong and spicy, a bit alcoholic. More and more soapy, modest dry. Finish dominated by spicy notes, still a bit alcoholic. Average.

Bottle. Light (ginger)bread aroma. Amber, low head. Fruity, light spicy base, ok hop bitterness. Medium body, sparkly to mellow mouthfeel. quick finish.

Aromas of chocolatey toffee, with hints of dried fruit, grapes, cinnamon and clover. All in all rather on the sweet side, but in a pleasant, balanced way. Good seasonal beer.

Clear amber with a fast disappearing white head. Aroma is sweet caramel and malty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Very soft mouthfeel. 081210

Bottle. Clear amber with a thin white head. Very smooth malt flavour with spices in the background. mild creamy finish.

500ml bottle from the Bier Spezialitäten Laden. Amber body with brilliant clarity. Low, white head. Lighter aroma of pale malts. Spiced flavour with earthy, caramel malts. Tart fruity ending. Soft carbonated. Refreshing but rather anonymous for a yuletide beer (hotel room, Berlin 24.11.2009).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Amber colour, large and creamy head. Very malty with a good amount of hops, which makes the beer more hoppy than could be expected from the aroma. Shy hints of roasted malt and caramel. A good example of the style.

I tried this beer at a beerfest lastnight. it has a darkish orange color to it not alot of hops and very very very malty. yum
