Das Bier startet extrem bitter, im Mittelteil geht das Ganze weiter, erst im Abgang erlischt der Geschmack und man kann einen hopfigen Geschmack wahrnehmen. Die Bitterkeit ist grauenhaft. Bah. Test vom 28.11.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,2,4,6,9,4 - 4,55

[bottle] Sourish hay aroma with some nice base malt. Clear straw under a lacy white blanket. Crisp base malt flavour with very little hops and a touch of cooked corn. Standard German Pils. Slightly bitter finish, medium carbonation, light body.

Bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. A clear, pale golden beer with a small, white head. Pale malts on the nose, fruity and sour hints. The flavor has pale malts, with resiny hops giving a nice bitterness. Bitter finish. Medium body, dry. A refreshing and quenching one. Well suited for a hot summer day, but that’s it. It’s not very interesting either aroma-wise or taste-wise. 090822

Bottle, 4.8%. Good citric aroma, a little light malts. Clear golden colour, small white head. The flavour has some of the same notes as the aroma, hint of citrus and light malts.

It’s light golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, hay and straw. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw, hints of mash, it seems a bit perfumed and slightly bitter. Somehow not very crisp or refreshing IMO.
