COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
En klasisk Engelsk ale type, med god humle aroma fra den engelske East Kent Golding humle, men også tydelige maltaroma. Smagen er frugtagtig, sød og med en tydelig efter bitterhed. Farven er mørk kobberfarvet. Brygget på: vand, malt (Carafa, 3 slags krystal, hvede og pils), humle (East Kent Golding og bramling) og ale gær.

Draught. Small white and quickly disappearing head. Clear very dark brown body. Caramel aroma with a touch of hops. Nice bitterness with caramel and quite a good deal of carbonation. Short aftertaste. Would have expected it to be far more tasty.

Tap @ YNWA. Pours a redish brown with a small film head. Mild aroma with only a slight dose of hops. Taste has a lot of caramel and a little flowery hoppyness. It is not nearly dry enough to be an ESB, more likely a rather tame IPA. It is refreshing, but nothing exciting.
