Sample from a bottle. Dark reddish brown with a medium light brown head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, with notes of dark fruit. The flavor with notes of smoke, but is very bitter or sour, almost after the berries. Not a pleasant taste.

Bottle from Bo Grønt. Medium head with medium duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, licorice notes, caramel and hops.

Bottle courtesy Saxo. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Nice balance betwen roast and fruit. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Thanks to Saxo. Dark brown. Has a light brown head, mostly diminishing. Roasted aroma, lightly burnt. Flavor is light sweet, has some acidic, moderate bitter finish. Dry texture.

500ml bottle (best before 15 June 2011) @ Christmas tasting on 28 December 2010 as Ølgod Den Gode Stout.. Near enough black with a lasting beige head and decent condition. More berry fruit than roasty/burnt malt. Quite milky feel with some chocolate/cocoa powder. Firm enough mouthfeel although fairly light for a stout. Overall, quite decent.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Black - offwhite head. Red berries, roasted, thin, fruity, peppery, nutty, licorice, chocolate, caramel. Boring.

Bottle. Pours pitch black with a medium off white head. The aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and light hops. The flavour is roasted malt, light acid, chocolate and coffee. Light acidic finish. Quite nice.

Bottle as Ølgod Den Gode Stout. Dark brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Light roasted aroma of caramel, chocolate and hops. Light roasted flavour of caramel, berries and chocolate. Berryish finish.
