Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, cabbage water, vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120210]

500ml bottle. Clear yellow to pale golden colour with small white head. Slightly sweet malty aroma with a grassy hop note. Taste is grainy, strawy, also a bit dry and sourish. A nice composition, but a bit cautious overall.

Bottle: Pale golden, visible carbonation, firm creamy white head; distinctive sweetish-grainy nose with a subtle hoppy background; light sweet-bitter flavour with a faint sourish touch; light bodied, soft MF; short faint sweet-grainy finish. Good, but very restrained..........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a slowly lacing foamy white head. Slightly sweet and grainy aroma with grassy hops and notes of citrus and draff. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a crispy, slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Soft grainy and strawy taste with herbal accents; moderately dry and bitter, also short finish. Just a nice summer beer (05.07.08).
