Bottle. Unclear pale yellow color with large frothy good lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, wheat, light banana / fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a short to average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively.

Die Schaumkrone dieses Weizenbieres hält nicht so gut. Es riecht sehr hefig-frisch mit einem etwas fruchtig-zitronigen touch. Geschmacklich ist es eher uninteressant: hefig, säuerlich, fruchtig etwas bitter, im Nachgeschmack noch etwas bitterer und immernoch fruchtig. Fazit: Mittelmäßig! Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Mittelmäßige Trübung, sehr viel CO2, eine feste, stabile langlebige Krone. Der Geruch ist leicht hefig und gut würzig. Der Antrunk erfolgt gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dezent hefig, sehr würzig. Viel Nelkenaroma kommt durch. Eine leicht süße Note macht sich im Abgang breit. Insgesamt ein feines, wenn auch merkwürdiges Weizen.

Nach dem Einschenken fällt sofort das interessante Aroma nach Boskoop-Äpfeln auf. Geschmacklich fruchtig und hefig mit sanftem Abgang. Nach einigen Schlucken flacht sich der positive Eindruck deutlich ab. Das Bier kann seine anfangs erreichte Position irgendwie nicht halten. Die Flasche kann, ebenso wie die Schaumkrone des Bieres, vollkommen überzeugen. Der Antrunk ist Weizenuntypisch bitter, später auch herb. Im Mittelteil gut gehopft, eine alkoholische Note kommt aber ebenfalls durch. Der nachgeschmack ist ebenfalls recht hopfig und würzig, passt aber mit seiner Bitterkeit nicht zum Rest des Bieres. It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy and lasting head. Both aroma and the sweet flavour has notes of wheat, fruit yeast, but without any flaws as such, it’s simply not good, destroys my good mood...

The bottle looks good. The beer in the glass also. Tastes like banana and is is for a hefweizen really dry. But not bad, I’d drink it again.

Bottled. Hazy dark golden coloured. Banana, yeast and sweat in the aroma and in the flavour. Quite sweet. Light to medium bodied.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a huge and dense white head. Light wheaty aroma. Flavour is slight fruity and with a mild wheaty note. Ends fruity and medium refreshing.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of bread. The flavor is sweet wheaty with light notes of citrus, leading to a dusty dry finish.1

Pale yellow of color with a white cloudy head. An aroma of wheat, corn, notes of yeast. A flavor with notes of sweet wheat, weak hints of yeast.
