COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Hjerting er vores bud på en engelsk stout. Der er brugt 4 forskellige ristninger af malt for at opnå den fylde og farve som kendetegner en stout.
Vi har tilsat 3 humletyper, Centennial , East Kent Golding samt Brewers Gold. Derved er det lykkes at holde en skøn friskhed i øllet, der komplimenterer den iøvrigt meget fyldige øl.
Ingredienser: vand, maltet byg, humle og gær.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice aroma. Roasted malty licorice flavor with hints of chocolate. Has a roasted malty licorice finish.

Clear dark black - red brown colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted dusty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty, dark malt, roasted, coffee, sod. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111102]

Bottle, bought @ Ingers Vin & Ost, Esbjerg.
Pours deep nut-brown to opaque black with an initial big, fizzy, beige head. Settles as a creamy cappucino film. Aroma is nutty, liqourice, mild roasted, light chocolate. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light creamy palate. Flavour has loads of liqourice, a mild tartish blackberry note, very dry, mild ashy, soft grainy. Softly warming. Good.
