COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a lighter drinking ale, despite its color. The roasted malts that is made with are responsible for the sweet, "nutty" flavor and darker color.

Draught. Pours caramel with a foamy off-white head and spotty lined lacing. Chocolate sweet caramel malt and yeast aroma. Bitter hop chocolate caramel malt flavor, acidic. Medium bodied and thin oily palate.

Dark red with a thin head and a creamy texture. Mild nutty character with a light bittering agent. Very mild.
