Tap at the pub. Pours a clear dark orange to ruddy color. Light ring of head. Aroma has a small bit of spice and ginger. Not overpowering. Flavor is a fair mix of spice, sweet notes, ginger and a bit of cinnamon. Easy finish. Yeah this is good.

Slightly hazy amber. Thin head. Slightly spicy aroma. Sweetish palate, lightly malty with only vague spice.

Draft @ brewpub. Pours hazy red-orange-copper. Gingerbread and fruitcake aroma. The fruitcake continues in the flavors. Disappointing body lacking big malt character but it’s balanced and the spice is not overdone. Some vanilla wafer flavors. Not bad.

Draught. Pours clear light brown with an average, creamy, off-white head, mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, caramel, nutty), light hops (flowers), average yeast (leather) with notes of plum, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, thyme, and rosemary. Average duration, light sweetness and acidity, moderate bitterness.
