Draught at the brewpub. Lightly hazy golden, small creamy head. Generous marzipan aroma. Fairly dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lightly fruity with grain and marzipan covered in generous amounts of grassy, spicy hops that provides growing bitterness. Elegant and pleasant.

Bottle (33 cl) from Systembolaget. Shady deep golden, large white head. Strong, sticky and overpowering perfumy spicy aroma with notes of ginger, and lemon zest. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry, medium bitterness.

330 ml bottle bought through Systembolaget. Pours very hazy golden with a small white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace. Smell is very sweet and perfume-like with ripe peaches, mango and passionfruit, yeasty easters, candi sugar, plums, banana, lemon grass, lemon zest and subtle hints of ginger and cloves. Taste is sweet, bitter, tiny sour and yeasty with mango, pineapple, lemon juice, grass, yeast, cloves, ginger, orange zest, black pepper and crackers. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, tiny tart, round and medium bodied. Finish is dry, tiny sweet and tiny tart with pineapple, lemon juice, lemon zest and black pepper.

330ml bottle. Medium straw, white head. Fruity aroma, lots of spicy yeast notes, citrus, bubblegum, estery, lemon, wheat. Off-dry, medium bodied, medium bitterness, lively CO2. Fruity taste, spicy, yeasty, citrus, wheat, cloves. (2012-01-09)

Bottle @ SBWF2011. Pours a hazy golden color with a small longlasting white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor with hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

(Draught) Pours heady golden to orange with a tiny head. The aroma holds white pepper, clove, red apples, apricots, citrus, white bread, honey, mild glue, wet paper and herbal/soft grassy hops. The flavour is light sweet to dry, light bitter and light acidic. Citrus, fruit, mild spices, dry malt and low alpha hops. The mouthfeel is light tart and tight with a medium to full carbonation. Citric, cracker-like, minerally and light yeasty finish. Light to medium bodied.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 1 Oct 2011) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly malty nose with notes of pineapple, citrus and coriander seed. Malty, fruity taste with tropical fruit, pineapple, grass and a slightly spicy bitterness in a finish with a certain sweetness. Medium body. Nice and well made Begian style blonde.

Sampled at SB & WF 2011. Pours orange with a small white head. Smells slight malty. Tastes malty and stale with a similar finish.

Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2011. Hazy yellow beer. Malty yeasty aroma with some fruits. Sourish flavor, malt notes, yeast, bready, fruity.

Sample @ SBWF 2011. Pours cloudy golden amber with a small bubb off white head leaving lace. Aroma is sourish yeasty bananas cloves fruity. Flavor is creamy bananas cloves bitter wheaty. Finishes sourish bitter.
