COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled. Pours out in a clear deep golden colour with a small firm white head. Flowers, red oranges and lemon in the subtle aroma with notes of straw and dough. Medium-bodied with rich crisp hop notes of wet grass, lemon, red grapefruit and grapefruit-rind. Airy and rather elegant mouthfeel. Bitter finish of grapefruit, grass and lemon-rind. Not much malts in here. Yet a tasty Lager for sure.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden with a large white head. I wonder if the beer was infected? The aroma was not pleasant, sour and stale. The taste was not much better. I did not finish the bottle.

Ar: hopsy, yeasty, kind of funky, stablehouse aromas. Citrus, pine, Grass, straw, bread. Ap: slightly hazy golden colour, small white head, lacing. F: Big bite up front, very citric, grapefruity, pine, resin. Very rich and quite appealing, they have not skimped on the hops! warming finish. M: full body small soft bubbles. T: with a better aroma this would have gotten a high mark, the flavour is very good!

Papsoe (22987) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 17, 2012
Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with an off-white head. Fairly fresh flowery hop aroma. Medium body, a lightly sweet malt profile which fairly quickly is balanced by a rather interesting hop profile containing both hay, flowers and citrus leaving a solid bitterness. Unfortunately it has an unfortunate dusty and earthy edge that deducts quite some. 100312

_angst_ (999) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 15, 2012
Draught @ Ölstugan Tullen. Pours hazy pale golden with a creamy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some nice looking lacing on the glass. Smell is sweet, malty and slightly stale with caramel, persimmon, yeasty bread, very ripe peaches and orange peal. Taste is sweet, malty, tiny bitter and tiny metallic with plums, persimmon, peaches, bread and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and heavily carbonated. Finish is slightly sweet, slightly bitter and fruity with some grass and bread.

Marsiblursi (2675) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 14, 2012
(Draught) Pours hazy gold with a white head. The aroma holds grainy, bready and cracker-like malt alongside grassy, mild floral hops and light yeast. Fairly clean on the nose minus a light fruitiness and dough. The flavour is light sweet to dry, light to medium bitter and tiny acidic with notes of grass, citrus, mild spices, grass, earth, crackers, bread and dough. The mouthfeel is fairly clean crisp with a medium to full carbonation. Dry and balanced, noble hop bitterness on the finish. Light to medium bodied.
