3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 omhper (15958) - Stockholm, - MAR 2, 2009
Cask at the brewpub. Hazy nut brown. The first pint we were served poured flat from the bottom of a keg. The second pint were from a newly opened keg which came out with good amounts of naural carbonation. It featured a rich pineapple/mango aroma, Sweet and well rounded with slight caramemelly backdrop to the Amarillo hops. Finishes with lingering bitterness. A freshening American style bitter.

This beer is dry hopped with diffent types of hops each week, this week it was Styrian Golding.
It poured a hazy copper-amber liquid with a big creamy foam that left big chunks of foam on the side of the glass. As with the other beers from this brewery it looks very appealing.
It had a spicey scent of grassy hops.
First thing I noticed when tasting it was that it also had a very slight sour taste. But not as dominat as with Bälgvikens. It also had a strong taste of grassy hops. Very smooth and served at the perfect temperature. Very nice!

Cask@Eskilstuna Ölkultur. The cask was changed while we were here with omhper and hanniku. So here’s a rate of the latter cask that came on too. Colour and stuff the same as above. Aroma was extremely juniperycompared to the above one. Pretty much the other cask that came on was the above "taken more to the extremes". 7 4 7 3 14
