3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled (thanks omhper!). Quite much pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, roasted malts, some alcohol as well as dark ripe fruits. Flavour is rather similar, but a bit unbalanced as for the roasted notes meeting the sweetness.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled at Man in the Moon, Stockholm. Very black, rich beige head. Fruit ynose with gooseberries, licorice and Baileys. Sweet and creamy, plenty of chocolate and coffee. Near full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Salmiak sets in early and comes to dominate the finish, which also has a slowly growing bitternes. A well balanced, chocolatey Imperial Stout that should probably suit excellently for barrel aging.

Black color. Some smell of roasted malt, pond water, chocolate, nuts. Medium body strength, some coffee flavor, and quite good roasted malts; there is some light sourness from the roasted malt, and a yeast impression.
A not-so-special Imperial Stout.
