Unclear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, yeast, bubble gum, citrus. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light moderate bitter with a long duration, yeast, tart citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110917]

Bottle @ SBWF2011. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy citrus aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy citrus flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy yeasty finish.

Pale, hazy brownish yellow with a frothy head. Sourish citrus aroma with notes of cloves and yeast. Sourish flavour of citrus with notes of yeast and coriander. A bit thin.

Jag gillar weissbier, framförallt efter att ha druckit diverse alkohol- och smakkraftiga öl. Men det här blev lite av en besvikelse med för mycket syra, för lite kryddor och för lite citrus. Den slank givetvis ner ändå men om jag hade kunnat välja hade jag tagit en weihenstephaner istället. Det här var en berusad recension.

Sample @ SBWF 2011. Pours hazy golden with a nice white head leaving lace. Aroma is soapy malty wheat yeasty. Flavor is acidy sour fruity yeast apricots. Finishes sourish fruity.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a haze, lively carbonation and a white head. Banana, custard and spices in the aroma. Rather carbonated and tangy taste with notes of banana, clove and knäckebröd.

Bottle at Allt om Öl Festivalen in Eskilstuna. It poured a hazy yellow liquid with a white creamy head. Nice smell with some foam banana. The taste was a bit weaker. But fresh and easy to drink.
