COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle (75 cl) from Systembolaget. Clody golden, medium large white head. No clear clove or bananas, the aroma is rather dominated by oramges and lemons, with some subtle spices, and earthy funky notes. Light to medium bodied, high carbonation. Dry with a light acidity and low bitterness. Suspiciously brett infected, but less so than other Eskilstuna beers I’ve had lately, and here it renders a refreshing and tart quality to the beer.

500 ml bottle bought through Systembolaget. Pours surprisingly clear very pale golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and tiny sour with banana bread, hay, cloves, lemon zest, moist soil and hints of overripe red apples. Taste is sweet, tiny bitter, tiny sour, fruity and spicy with banana, cloves, wheat crackers, lemon zest, mandarin oranges, grapes and hints of dough. Mouthfeel is crisp, slightly round, tiny dry and light bodied. Finish is slightly sweet, very tiny bitter and tiny sour with unripe banana, grapes, cloves, coriander roots, lemon zest and hints of crackers. A bit dull…
