Pours tiny hazy pale golden with a rather small frothy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sweet and slightly malty with sweet white bread, cereal, persimmon, slightly dry grass, buttery wood, moist soil and hints of compost. Taste is sweet, bitter and tiny fruity with sweet white bread, lemon zest, grass, lemon balm, cereal, overripe plums and grapes, biscuits and hints of buttery wood and metal. ekstedt (6418) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 28, 2012
Draught at SMÖF 2012. Clear golden, medium white head. Grainy malt aroma with some herbal and floral hops. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry with pretty agressive bitterness. This is not the only swedish kölsch as suggested in the commercial description, and it is not very true to the style either.

TheJestersBeer (2369) - SWEDEN - OCT 28, 2012
Draught. Pours a hazy, pale straw, with a white head. Spicy aroma, citrus, hops, wheat, coriander. Dry, light to medium bodied, medium to high bitterness, balanced CO2. Spicy, hoppy taste, citrus, malt, wheat, peas, spruce. Too hoppy and bitter for a Kölsch, otherwise quite pleasant. (2012-10-26)

A clear pale golden pour with a white head. Lots of citrus hoppiness and a good floral aroma, too. Some sweet bread and biscuit with a bit of cracker, as well. A touch of melon on the finish. The flavor is lightly bitter from the hops but a bit sweet as well. Good bread flavor with a pleasant floral and citrus hop aroma and a light melon and mango fruitiness.
