(Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm, 22 Oct 2010) Dark brown colour with reddish hints. Frothy beige head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with notes of dark bread, raisins and a touch of citrus. Malty, slightly roasted taste with dried fruit, raisins, dark bread, a touch of citrus and a mild, spicy bitterness in the finish. Solid malt character giving more than medium body. Balanced sweetness. Quite nice.

Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm. Clear ruby, creamy head. Mildly roasty with sweet creamy malt. Slightly nutty with notes of raisins. Fairly light bodied with soft mouthfeel. Low bitterness. A pleasant edgeless dunkel.

Draught at Monks Porterhouse, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear reddish brown colour with a low thick tan-coloured head. Malty aroma of fudge, toasted malts, nuts, caramelized sugar with subtle notes of spicy hops. Medium-bodied with notes of milky chocolate, hazelnuts, dough and grassy hops. Compact body with low carbonation. Malty finish of nuts, toasted malts and fudge with touches of spicy and grassy hops.
