Bottle (50 cl) , courtesy of gnoff. Shady dark red, medium beige head. Rpasted coffe and chocolate aroma with some nutty notesGrainy malt aroma with clear roasted notes and grassy hops. Semi dry with medium bitterness. To much roasted notes for a dunkel in my book.

Bottle 500ml.
Clear dark red brown colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110917]

Clear orange red coloured with a huge off-white head.
Malty aroma of hay and caramel with notes of metal.
Malty fllavour of hay and caramel with notes of hops and chocolate.
Hoppy finish.

Our label stated 5.3% and not 5.8% ABV
Clear dark red to brown color, medium tan head. Malty, roasted, mineral, hints of red berries scent. Roasted, malty, cream, mineral, coffee taste. Coffee and roasted aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel. Pretty low bitterness at first, finishes medium to the dry side with a tingling mieral feeling.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel bready aroma. Sweetish malty grainy bready caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty bready caramel finish.

Draught@Monks Porterhouse, Stockholm. Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sour dark fruits, malts, some hops as well as some quite acidic notes. Flavour is quite much the same, with also some toasted notes as well. Had some slight infection, the keg was changed, the following had the same kind of sourness, but not as strong.

At SMÖF 2010. Dark amber color, small brown head. Chocolate aroma. Chocolate flavor, cereal notes, with cocoa ans some mint.

Draught at SMÖF 2010. It poured a clear brown liquid with a light brown head. Malty caramel flavour. Smooth mouthfeel, medium thick body. Easy to drink.

Draught (Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm) - Brown in colour. Dried fruit and caramel aroma. Tangy, fruity and slightly tart taste with raisins, caramel and dried fruit.
