(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 3 Oct 2013, as "Eskilstuna Saison") Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with grass, hay, coriander, rosemary and slightly wheaty malt. Malty, fruity taste with notes of grainy malt, citrus, grass, herbs and a certain spicy bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty saison. Nice one.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours light hazy golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma has pine, basil, marzipan and light spices. Taste is basil, light acidic and a bit muddled by the marzipan notes. Light bitter finish. Prefer my saisons drier with more peppery notes and less muddled marzipan.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught at Hamnmästaren, Malmö
Hazy blond color with generous creamy head. Strong aroma, incense and cedar wood; mulled cider. Smooth mouthfeel; the flavor is quite spicy, but not from the yeast, luckily it ha also a light fruity touch; quite strong bitterness.
Not truly Belgian (not the same yeast result), but good.
