Golden with a medium white head. Fruity with hop tones. Malt, fruit ( peach ) and hops. medium body with a dry finish.

Sampled from a bottle at SMÖF 2011. Clear golden, medium white head. Clear Sorachi aromas with gray pears and dill. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry, medium bitterness.

(Draught at Stockheolm Beer Festival, 7 Oct 2011) Hazy golden colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grass and grainy malt. Hoppy, malty taste with notes of grain, citrus, grass, toffee and a mild, fresh bitterness in a fairly dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Nice one.

Hazy golden color, white head. Sweet, orange scent. Sweet, orange taste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium fry bitterness.

Sample at SMÖF 2011. It poured a hazy golden liquid with a white head. Dill and hops in the smell. Similar taste with some pale malts. I’ve always had a hard time with the dill aromas from the sorachi hops. In this one it doesn’t taste like crawfish, it’s fresher and more like dill.

Sample @ SMÖF 2011. Pours clear pale amber with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, malty and acidy. Flavor is sweet, fruity, malty, phenolic and bitter. Finishes bitter fruity.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear deep golde, rich head. Buttery orange aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Oily and orangey, mid bitter finish.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2011) - Gold/amber in colour. Floral and aromatic aroma with notes of tea detected. Refreshing and hoppy taste with notes lemon, grapefruit and tea.

Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2011. Golden/amber beer with a small head. Hoppy aroma, metal , some leather. Hoppy flavor, grassy and with some leather notes.
