Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Malty, clean & crisp. A bit sweet at first, but then the bitterness cuts in. Bitter & dry finish. Nice!

Slight bit hazy honey yellow color which can go over to pale golden, big white lasting lacing head. Builds up head fat and even poured over for the first time in a long while. Clean, crisp, malty, a bit herbal scent. Smells fresh and of grains, also like newly cut hay. Sweet, malty, clean, grainy taste. Bitter and herbal aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium to medium high clean herbal bitterness. Lingering herbal bitterness stays with you.

500 ml bottle bought through Systembolaget. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a big frothy and fluffy white head that is rather quick to dissipate while leaving some trace on the glass. Smell is subtle, slightly sweet and tiny floral with sweet white bread, soap, grass, dried flowers, cereal and hints of wet leaves. Taste is tiny sweet and bitter with cereal, fresh grass, bread, straw, wet soil and hints of wet moss and lemon peal. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry, round and light bodied. Finish is bitter with straw, bread, fresh grass and dried flowers. Very nice and drinkable.

(Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm, 15 Sep 2010) Golden colour with rocky, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with grass, citrus, grain and fresh hops. Malty, grassy taste with notes of citrus, grain, tropical fruit and generous amounts of grassy hops in a fairly bitter finish. Medium body, rather dry. Very nice and refreshing.

Bottled@SBWF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, mild fruity notes, some grass and quite bready malty notes as well. Flavour is bready malts, some earth, grass and mild floral notes. Very wellbrewed German Pilsner. Refreshing and nice.

Bottle. Pours out in a hazy golden colour with a rich thick snow-white head. Crisp and dry hop aroma of wet grass, pale malts and white bread. Medium-bodied with crisp and bitter notes of grass, minerals, bread and hay. No sweetness in here. Medium-bitter crisp finish of grass and hay.

Bottle @ SBWF2011. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity grainy grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor with grassy hints. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy finish.

Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2011. Pale golden hazy beer with a white head. Hoppy and malty aroma. Hoppy, sweet flavour with grassy notes.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, malty, light moderate hoppy, grass, citrus notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, grass, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110917]

Sampled at SBWF11 Golden with a medium, white head. Cereal aroma with notes of dried peas. Sweet and malty with a crisp hoppiness.
