Simple well made lager (oxymoron?). Thirst quenching. Pretty good for what it is. Better than many macro counterparts.

Pours a clear pale amber with a full beige head. Effervescent, good head retention and lace. Aroma is faint, generically malty. Flavor is sweet light malt, honeyed, offset by just a bit of floral hops. More husky and grainy in the finish, slightly flawed here. Thin to medium bodied, mild carbonation, quite drinkable.

Poured into a pint glass the beer is an orange golden color with a tiny bit of head. No lacing to be seen. The smell is sweet grain With a malty tone. The flavor is rather muted. Fairly dry. Some malt some hop bite but nothing really pops. The beer seems rather light in body. Moderate carbonation. This is a pretty standard german lager.

Actually tasted this one right in Cross Plains outside the brewery. It was a pale gold lager with a small head on it. Wasn't great and wasn't bad just a decent local brew.

I was both suprised and impressed with this brew. It suprised me because I didn’t imagine the beer to be so full flavored, and it impressed me because it was a nicer tasting lager then imagined. Dark golden colour, full fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with pleasent biscuity malts on the palate and very rich taste.

Bottle. Clear golden body. Fizzy, white head, rapidly diminishing. Sweet aroma of toasted grain, corn syrup, biscuit, brown sugar. Hint of caramel. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture turning slightly syrupy. Fizzy carbonation. Slight taste of corn and bready malts. Nice, though muted, bitterness in the finish. Above average pale lager.

Dark straw color with a white bubbly head. Very light pale malt aroma with a hint of spicy hops, but then again very light. Flavors of light sweet malt. Fairly dry finish. A somewhat typical lager.

Mother in law bought this one for me. Roasted malt and grain aroma. Golden body with white head. Good carbination bubble action in pint glass along with a mix of barley and a little lemon zest. Not bad refreshing brew after work.
