Not an incredible beer, but compared to the King of Beers, also a pale lager, this one is a madman. Not the color of pee, which is always a plus. Not bad at all.

Pours a clear, coppery, caramel brown color. A small, frothy, cream colored head leaves skinny lines of lacing behind. The aroma shows notes of glazed biscuit, toasty caramel, brown sugar, and hints of lightly peppery, floral hops. Flavors, too, are simple but well executed for the style. Lightly toasty, stale cereal grains and caramel are balanced by weak, green, floral hops. Medium bodied and just a touch syrupy, the mouthfeel is substantial but overly carbonated and fizzy. Decent enough for a pale lager, but a pale lager nonetheless.

Golden color with a foamy white head. The aroma is a little grainy and sweet with a hint of yeast. The moderate carbonation gives this brew a slightly fizzy mouth feel that brings forth a light fruitiness. The initial hop taste is followed by a hint of citrus and a tart finish.

Itís all right, not much flavor, but still a good, smooth beer.

Peculiar pale lager. Starts out fairly bland, typical pale malt sweetness. Then transitions into an unpleasant metallic/acidic off-flavor that leaves a lingering film on the palate, thatís hard to shake. Not a beer Iíd ever order again.

12oz bottle, no date. Clear golden with a 1/2 finger yellowish white head, fading to a thick ring and tattered film. Aroma of sweet cereal grain and some light corn. Flavor adds a bit more corn, and a tinge of grassy hops. Semi-dry finish with bitterness peaking around a 2. Light prickly carbonation with light body. Just another inoffensive pale lager not really worth seeking out.

Bottle from the local convenience store. Pours a rich copper, no head to speak of, aroma is very sweet, bready, heavy floral notes, sweet orange. Taste is somewhat interesting- more floral, cinnamon, bread pudding, but ultimately has too much of a buttered popcorn backbone to it. Not sure if itís a flaw or what they were going for. Thins out quickly. This would do in a pinch, but otherwise one and done for me...

The body is dark gold with a white head. The aroma has some light grass and burnt cookies. There is also some light carrots. The taste is metallic with some carrots and raw dirty potato skins. A strange lager that could use more body. Too much carbonation and this finishes like seltzer water.

Bottle. Pours golden and fizzy. Some citrus notes and mild hops along with traces of corn. Fine for hot days.

Golden yellow with a thin white diminishing head. Aroma of sweet malts, corn and mild spices. Malted body comprised of corn and mild hops that finishes just a shade bitter and astringent. A bit watery.
