A blonde pils with a thin white head. In aroma, faint malt, with very faint catty notes. In mouth, a rather plain sweetish malt with light buttery fruity esters, boring. On tap at the Istmus Beer and Cheese, Jan 21 2012.

Draft at OF. Filtered yellow-orange. Factory sewage aroma. Soda-like carbonation, thick non-head. Light to medium bodied, somewhat sugary, corny. Too "malt" centered with an extreme shortage of hop character. This is pretty sub par stuff. Watery, unenjoyable, sugary.and thick.

Sampled from a bottle at GTMW 2011. Pours a clear gold with a large frothy white head. Poor head retention and lacing. Aroma of grassy notes and corn. The taste is grain and tortilla chips. Thin bodied.

12 oz twist off bottle. It pours a honey gold with big, bulky bubbles and a soapy white head. The smell is light and clean. It is unoffensive, with noble hops and light biscuit. Th flavor is a bit of a letdown. It has a big buttery diacetyl flavor and it is under carbonated. Other than that there is a mild hop flavor, but it is a buttery, sweet, malty pils. Beer #14 at GTMW. Good clean beer smell. Spritzy with definite spicy hops. Like to say more, but this is just palate cleanser before I head back to the Real ale Tent.

Deep golden pour, smallish white head. aroma of malt, grain and dare I say manure? Flavor is better than I thought it would be. Still pretty bland...but that is the American way with pilseners! Grainy and malty with very little bitterness. Refreshing enough.

Golden amber with a nice light orange head. Moderate visible carbonation. Faint aroma is sweet malt and honey. Flavor offers some malted and unmalted barley along with honey. Light floral effects along with some earthiness. Unexciting, but not bad at all for the style. Quite drinkable.

Pours a clear, medium-golden color with a quickly fleeting white head. Virtually no lacing is left on the glass. The aroma shows cereal grains, faded floral hops, a touch of honey, and not much else. Flavors, too, are lacking substance, but are not offensive in the least. Wheat and barley are sweetened with honey, while lightly peppery, floral hops lend a balancing character. The body is substantial for a Pils, but I’m afraid that’s coming more from sugar than anything else as it gets a bit sticky for the style. Overall, not that bad, but not that great either. Its just kind of boring.

Mild grain aroma. Pale golden with thin head; clear. Grainy (cereal), dull flavour. Watery, with mild bitter finish.
