very clean and crisp, this is what pure rocky mountain spring water should produce in brewing! very flavorful and fun!

Funky aroma of cardboard, corn, honey, wine, and toast. I am scared to drink this, and should be. A mushy pea-like flavor with spoiled, nutty malt. Whatever that tastes like. A most deplorable effort.

Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is clear dark yellow. Aroma is lightly hoppy (flowers), lightly malty (light bread, grain). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly bitter, lightly acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The definition of bland.
