9/09/2007: Longs Peak Raspberry Wheat pours a hazy straw color with a very thin white crown. The aroma is raspberry extract and perfume. This beer tastes like raspberry perfume with a tinge of slightly sour yeasty wheat in the finish. The soapy aftertaste is even more unappealing than the main flavor! This beer is fairly light.

Light golden in color. Strong raspberry aroma and flavor. Wish I had more detailed notes, but I really like this one.

Bottled. Poured nearly-clear, bright golden with a short-lived off-white head. The aroma picked up raspberry seeds & meat plus some vanilla over pale malts.. the fruit actually worked well.. I kind of dug it. The flavor found more pale and some bready malts at the core, with tart raspberry seeds around.. very dry overall. Light-bodied and dry as mentioned on the palate.. higher carbonation.. not the best feel and flow, but it was aiight.

Sampler at the brewery. Pours a thin white, short lived head, over a slightly cloudy, yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is a touch of cereal, heavier raspberry.....taste is raspberry, finish towards dry....mouth feel light, carbonation medium. This is a simple, fruity wheat, totally dominated by the raspberry aromas and flavors. Enjoy it on the patio in the heat of summer, if you like raspberry. BJCP 5/3/9/3/5

A fruity wheat beer with a nice hint of raspberry. I’m not the biggest fan of fruit beers so this wasn’t my favorite, but still pretty good.

Yellowish pour. Light raspberry aroma and wheat. Flavor is sweet, wheat, crackers and berries.

It poured a golden color with a decent white head. The aromas were of raspberries and wheat. The tastes were of raspberries and bread. A good summer beer, would try another one.

Hazy, light yellow beer with a tiny white head. Aroma of raspberries and slight wheat. Tastes like carbonated raspberry water. Thin.

Bottle from the brewpub. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma is mild raspberry. Med body/avg carb. Flavor is raspberry and wheat. Comes across a bit perfumey. It’s ok.

Sampled at the CBF 2010. Golden/ orange pour with a nose of sweet
malt and bread. The taste was yeasty and rasberry with a tart finish. I don’t like fruit beers but this was good.

Tastes like a raspberry winecooler... Slight hints of wheat and very little (if any) hops flavors. Essentially a raspberry soda with a little alcohol.
