Jun 22, 2008 Unfiltered golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of caramel, corn and light hops. Semi-sweet taste of light caramel and corn with an astringent finish. Somewhat grainy in texture and just about the best pale lager I’ve ever had.

Mar 23, 2008 Light copper color......nice white head. Fresh, slightly sweet aroma. Very sweet taste in the front......smooth, yet dry mouthfeel. Finishes clean, with a slight malt sweetness.

Jan 20, 2008 Another from Skyview. Muddy gold color with a quickly fading head. Aroma like apple skins and pears. Lots of pear, apple and apricot in the taste. Very strange lager.

Jan 20, 2008 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Brennan’s Country Farm Market in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Pours a muddy golden/caramel brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind only a film top. Aroma of light caramel malt with apple skin, some hard fruits, and citrus hops. Taste is fruity, medium bodied, well-carbonated with flavors of sweet apricots, ripe pears and some bread malt. Finish is semi-sweet and a quick disappearing mild bitterness.

Jan 3, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a yellow gold with almost no head that quickly disappears.
The aroma is sweet corny malts.
The flavor is sweet macro malts and a little honey with some leathery bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium and watery with no carbonation.
Overall, this is actually worse than some macro lagers.
