Bottle from Systembolaget. Limited aroma and taste. Pale yellow. Not much bitterness. Ticking of Spain...

500ml can. Pours pale yellow with a fast disappearing white head. Aroma of hay and sweet malts. Taste is also sweet malts. Watery and bland. It’s a shame that the official beer of one of the best football teams in the world is so basic. A sauna beer, but nothing more.

Słomkowe, klarowne piwo o średnio obfitej pianie szybko redukującej się do zera. Aromat bardzo słaby słodowy. W smaku niewiele lepiej, także tylko słód. Goryczka bardzo niska, praktycznie brak. Ogólnie słabe piwo, bez smaku i jakiegokolwiek wyrazu.

500ml can. Has an average lager aroma, maybe some corny hints. Yellowish color, a sparkling and clear liquid, has a quickly disappearing foamy head. Tastes quite average, maybe a bit sourish and kinda light. Has a medium body that is a bit oily. Soft to average carbonation. An average lager that I think would be really refreshing on a hot summer day next to the Mediterranean Sea.

Pours pale golden with white thick head. Aroma is low: porridge, steamed rice, bread dough. Taste is fresh, watery, with sheer bitterness in the short finish. Simple and refreshing.

Bottle. It’s clear pale golden with a white head. No surprises so far. Aroma of grain, cereal, very light malt. Still no surprises. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Hmm shocking. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Yep, just another boring pale lager.

Big red can from the SAQ. Pours a super clear tarnished golden with a medium but quickly failing white head that leaves nice lacing patterns. Nose is of grapes, light cereals, light corn. Taste is not quite dry but I wouldn’t call it sweet, sure it has some sweet cereals in the taste but it still finished dry. Lightly bitter. Body is light to medium and carbonation pretty high and reinforcing the dry feel. Overall an OK offering but why would I buy this again? I wish the SAQ would "get" what the average beer geek wants...

25cl bottle from Lidl. Thin creamy white head. Clear golden pour. A boring lager.
