From the bottle poured a beautiful pale yellow brew with a genorous white head. Light aromas and flavors of malt and hops with hints of honey and vanilla. Light bodied and excellant on a hot day.

Kraftig øl, som man må forbrede ganen litt på. Blir bedre og bedre gjennom boksen, men klinker ikke til med sitt fulle potensiale fra første ølkyss.

This has got to be one of my favourite bland lagers of the current time. I’ve had the stronger stuff in Spain but this is what they sell over here at my local tesco, with a 3 for 2 offer, so 12 bottles for a tenner, not bad value compared to the other of wishy washy UK lager like Stella, Bud, Carling, Fosters Gold etc which retail at £8 for 12. Granted I haven’t had it in anything other than a bottle, but it’s crisp, with a pleasing lagery taste. It holds well in high quantity, which is very important for me as I tend to drink at least 8-12 bottles in a session. The alcohol content is also pleasing for this purpose, at 4.6 it doesn’t get me as drunk as 5% stuff would, but lasts the same amount of time. It smells like a lazy Spanish afternoon, and would go great with tapas. The colour I assume is pale golden, as the Spanish stuff is. It also has an added benefit in that I’ve had no ill effects the following morning, as I do so often with the now 4.8% major brand lagers that we have in this country, which have also become very metallic. I assume this is because of a lack of chemical filtering. It has corn, and citrus in the nose, very grainy taste, with a mild hint of citrus. Light beer for light summer days. Lovely.

Bastante refrescante y simple. Nada trascendente pero tampoco ofensivo. Se antoja para acompañar los alimentos.

Body moderately dense on the palate: a pronounced malty component, quite a bit of sweetness and slight hop bitterness. The aftertaste: slowly fading malty sweetness, light fruit tones and a delicate hop bitterness.

Pale beer with thin fading head. Nice strong aroma of hops. Flavour is nice and strong - quite hoppy for a lager. It’s also well balanced as there’s plenty of flavour there but it’s not overly dry. Easy to drink and refreshing.
