2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Got this bottle from my neighbor who discovered it as a low-gluten beer. Yea, OK, but nothin’ to write home about. Very pale. Thin body. OK flavor of straw and some sweet malt but a kind of cardboardy finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
translucent gold with a thin ring of white bubbles, medium body with high carbonation.
aroma: pale malt and noble hops.
taste: biscuity pale malt and noble hop bitterness. like a german helles with less minerality.
not bad considering it’s gluten free. i’ve had plenty of regular beers that are much worse than this. i’ve heard that this beer is actually made with barley, but they somehow prevent gluten from forming, and the flavor seems to support that notion. there’s no hay or sourness or odd fruitiness in here, as is typical in most GF beers.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
0.33l bottle. This one pours a clear light unfiltered pale golden body with a medium sized light fluffy white head. Aroma is not to extreme. Some pale malts, hints of some flowers and perhaps some weak hints of grass? It has a light oily to watery mouthfeeling, average carbonation and light to medium-bodied. Tastes kinda sweetish for a pale lager. A bit to sweet if you ask me. Malty with a thin little bitterness towards the end. Light drinkable indeed and not a single bad flavor, just a bit boring.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Golden yellow clear color, much limpid and with a pretty bubbly aspect. Discreet head of medium resistance. Sufficient aroma with light notes of dried grassy, corn and cereals. Upper expectation taste, it’s not seem a celiac’s beer. Nothing special, but balanced alcohol and bitter content, appreciable malty final. Surprising.

1.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20
Bottle. I tried a gluten free diet that only lasted a week and found this at Tom’s Mini Mart. Unfortunately, the best by date was 4 months ago and the beer is oxidized and aroma is skunky. It has a peppery start with a bit of hop bitterness at the end. It would work as a pale lager if you were on a gf diet and had no other choice. That being said, if you are not on a gj diet its one to avoid, there a plenty of other good pale lagers to be had.
