330ml single from "Lifesource",Salem. $2.15 Typical bright yellow lager..woth reasonable bubbly white head. Light aromas..mostly hay like, slightl earthy. Taste is again average..not too sweet though which is a blessing, some honey tones and a drying bitterness at the end. OK. Nice on the palate..good carbonation..dry finish. Overall a nice enough lager and if i had the medical need this onen would suit me fine.

Maybe for those that can’t have gluten this is good, otherwise...golden with decent head and lacing. Oder of corn and malt, taste is watery with a distinct hop finish. On a level with Bud Light, et. al.

Serving glass: Poured from bottle into Pilsner glass. Appearance: Clear, pale gold with foamy white head and light bubbly lacing. Aroma: Grainy, peppery and slightly skunky. Yep, smells like a Euro Lager. There is some nice apple as well. Taste: Apple and straw are prominent. Lots of pepper on the finish, with a mild bitterness. Palate: Moderately high carbonation, light body, surprisingly dry and crisp finish. Overall: Can’t tell that this had the gluten removed at all, as it tastes like a Euro Lager should, and a better than average Euro Lager at that. However, this is not my favorite style. This makes me wonder if the gluten could be removed from other beers (say an IPA) and still retain its flavor.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden with a decent white head which lasts a bit, and leaves some lace. Aroma pretty fresh- some crackery notes, light pepper spice, grassy hops, mostly pilsner aroma. Flavor is light, some cracker, slight pickle brine- off ness, slight acetaldehyde, paper, light bread, toast, grass, slight metallic off twang, with kind of a weak flat simple finish with no real crisp snappy ending that would have been good. Seems to fall short mostly in the end. Meh.

Got this bottle from my neighbor who discovered it as a low-gluten beer. Yea, OK, but nothin’ to write home about. Very pale. Thin body. OK flavor of straw and some sweet malt but a kind of cardboardy finish.

translucent gold with a thin ring of white bubbles, medium body with high carbonation.
aroma: pale malt and noble hops.

taste: biscuity pale malt and noble hop bitterness. like a german helles with less minerality.

not bad considering it’s gluten free. i’ve had plenty of regular beers that are much worse than this. i’ve heard that this beer is actually made with barley, but they somehow prevent gluten from forming, and the flavor seems to support that notion. there’s no hay or sourness or odd fruitiness in here, as is typical in most GF beers.

Golden with a small white head. Dusty and grainy aroma. Sweet grainy flavour with an obvious alcohol note

0.33l bottle. This one pours a clear light unfiltered pale golden body with a medium sized light fluffy white head. Aroma is not to extreme. Some pale malts, hints of some flowers and perhaps some weak hints of grass? It has a light oily to watery mouthfeeling, average carbonation and light to medium-bodied. Tastes kinda sweetish for a pale lager. A bit to sweet if you ask me. Malty with a thin little bitterness towards the end. Light drinkable indeed and not a single bad flavor, just a bit boring.

Light yellow, white head. Aroma is lightly malty, corn maybe some hops. Watery as hell, not much flavor. Meh.
