2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Ska ha utsetts till världens bästa glutenfria öl två gånger. Att segra den prestigekategorin är de värda. Som att bli korad till Nepals bästa hörselskadade stavhoppare. I övrigt avsevärt bättre än en "vanlig" Estrella.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle picked up cheap in Spain- unreasonably expensive over here. Steady fizzing pale gold under a spotting white slick. Good clean aroma for a pale lager with attractive lemon jelly and coniferous hop notes. OK taste, too; lightweight but inoffensive with vague grassiness leading into a clean biscuit and basmati rice-like finish. Bit of a slimy mouthfeel but no more so than your typical gluten-containing gambas-beater.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Clear straw under a fizzy white head which rapidly fades into a thin broken film.
Faint; I’ll have to dig deep for this one. A whisper of sweet grains and sweet breads. Soggy days old cut lemons.
Sweet bread dominates. Dank around the edges. Lemon soaked white bread – soggy. Salty in the back.
Gluten free beers rarely taste good when they are brewed to come as close to resembling a real beer as possible. A lot like Non-Alcoholic beer, they just shouldn’t be. Now, that’s not to deny those who are Gluten-Intolerant a tasteful fermented quaff, and for that I direct you to cider, mead, and Dogfish Head’s Tweason’Ale which is so good, even those who are not gluten intolerant would like it.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Small white head and clear golden colour. Very fizzy, strong carbonation. Nose is malty (and it’s gluten free!), but also some citrus.
Taste is also malty, a bit sweet. Light bodied.
Nothing special, I bought it for a mistake, but to be sincere it’s not that bad, acceptable beer, better than many mexican for example.
