Bottle 330ml. @ home.
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, corn. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100129]

Bottled. A golden beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of straw as well as light notes of cardboard. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as lighter notes of cardboard. Drinkable, but not exciting.

33 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden yellow with a white head. Aroma is slight metallic and grassy. Flat malty flavoured with a light fruity note, vague grassy. Subdued bitter and flat malt flavoured finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Presented as "Estrella Damm Celiacs Glutenfree". Clear golden with a dense white head. Sweetish “malty” aroma with a floral touch. Medium body, brewing cereal and cardboard notes. Finishes dry. Still a rather decent gluten free beer. 311008

Bottled (as Estrella Damm Celiacs Glutenfree) @SBWF2008. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts, hops and some grains as well as papery notes. Flavour is cardboard, hops, malts and quite much grass. Aftertaste is hops, malts and some mild notes of paper.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity grainy sweetish aroma. Sweetish grainy cardboard flavor. Has a sweetish fruity grainy finish.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, June 2011. Pours clear yellow with a small creamy white head. Nose is hay, grain and perfume. Flavor is grain and paper. Sweet with no real bitterness. Thin palate.

It has a darker shade of blond; the head is small and not good looking. It has a mild aroma of cereals. Undistinguishable, light flavor of cereals; quite strong bitterness; it has a light metallic touch. It’s actually not too offensive; drinkable.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are malt, bread and hops.
