2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Golden yellow clear color, much limpid and with a pretty bubbly aspect. Discreet head of medium resistance. Sufficient aroma with light notes of dried grassy, corn and cereals. Upper expectation taste, it’s not seem a celiac’s beer. Nothing special, but balanced alcohol and bitter content, appreciable malty final. Surprising.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. 5.4%. Best before 06.15. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a white head. Good lacing. Sweetish, slightly tart cereal aroma with a dry overtone. Flavour is a bit weak; sweet with a light hop note. Cereals and light cardboard as well. Grains as it warms. Light grainy finish with a light alcohol burn, and a lingering dry note. Peculiar off-note as it warms; probably because it’s gluten-free. Slightly oily palate. Overall better than I expected, if not great. 12.10.14.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
The 0,33L brown bottle, Systembolaget Luleå.
Average white head on a pale straw body.
Scents of some malts, some sour grass, some hops, some barn.
Malty-alcoholic taste (abv 5.4, quite high). Malty-alcoholic mouthfeel.
Bread, smoked malts, faint hints of malt-candies.
This beer is without gluten. About 1 in 133 people in developed nations have allergic reactions to gluten. This beer is quite alright drinkable for all of them.
Actually, it is slightly better than some other Damm beers, with gluten.
The malty character is pretty nice.

330ml single from "Lifesource",Salem. $2.15
Typical bright yellow lager..woth reasonable bubbly white head.
Light aromas..mostly hay like,slightl earthy.
Taste is again average..not too sweet though which is a blessing, some honey tones and a drying bitterness at the end. OK.
Nice on the palate..good carbonation..dry finish.
Overall a nice enough lager and if i had the medical need this onen would suit me fine.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Skunky aroma. Thin, light, hints of bread and nuts. Light and trailing finish. Very thin overall, but better than most gluten free beers that I have tried. If that is all that you can have, choices are limited and this is far from the worst.
