Bottle. Clear yellow color. Clean and grainy nose. Foamy white head. Palate was lively and light, with flavors of hops and bitter fruit. Bitter clean finish.

Pours a clear golden, topped with an average white frothy head. Mild malty aroma, some grains and herbal notes. Taste is sweet and slightly herbal. Light bitterness in the finish. Nothing special here.

Cybercat (3435) - Georgia, USA - NOV 8, 2014
Pours clear yellow with a thin white head, typical but acceptable. Crisp aroma is malty with fruity and hay tones. Fruity flavor has undertones of malt and hay - not too shabby for gluten-free. Texture is average in the fizz and viscosity departments. Overall, a decent brewski.

12oz bottle - I would have never known that this was brewed without traditional grains. Still has a malty aroma, light dusty hay notes with a bit of fruit cocktail in there. Light corn, buttered bread, with just a smidge of bitterness at the finish. Drinkable.

BOSSbrewer (1932) - Arkansas, USA - OCT 30, 2014
Bottle at home, with fish tacos. Pours a clear yellowish golden with a thin white head. Aroma is slightly floral, and slight maltiness. Flavor falls flat, though. Slight bitterness with no backbone and no body. Meh. Surprising that a Spanish brewer is doing a gluten-free beer, and so that is nice. But for people who can do gluten, this is not really an option.

Pretty bad straw yellow clear pour but it does have a head & leaves some lacing. The aroma is weak & virtually nonexistent. The taste has a hint of euro skunk followed by an odd sweetness that fades into nothing. Gluten free for sure but not completely awful. I can probably finish the bottle.
