F: white, big, frothy, good retention. C: gold, clear. A: malt, grainy, sweet caramel, hint of DMS, floral. T: malt, grainy, caramel, corn, yes there is like DMS tones but gluten free food always tastes different, medium body, good carbonation, shared with my gluten free wife and enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Coop in shopping centre Serfontana in Morbio Inferiore in Switzerland.

Bottle sampled at home. As Damm Daura Gluten Free with stencil type font in white on red label. No mention of Estrella anywhere. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, gummy, ricey, light caramel, corn, some moldiness or so, cardboardy. Alcoholic. Sweet, with light bitterness. Under medium body, quite fat feel, prickly carbonation.

33 cl bottle. Light golden yellow, great level of carbonation, nice white head. Restrained aroma of pale malts. Mouthfeel is dry and carbonated. Taste is typical pale lager with some faint hints of adjuncts. Refreshing, but generic. But, if I was a gluten-intolerant person, I would embrace this beer.
