Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Bottle. Nice orange peel and citrus aroma. A Spanish version of witbier, this was a good effort, with nice fruity notes, but was a little too thin. Still I’d have one on a hot day as a thirst quencher.

Bottle from Liquor Mountain. Light floral nose, grapes, must, small wheatiness. Pale straw color. Tangy and flowery initial flavors, some citrus and light coriander. Goes a little deeper with licorice and light hopping. Thin body, and quite clean feeling. Very delicate stuff. Seems like a mix of a saison and a wit (but actually it’s a lager and wit blend). I can picture Adria sitting in his lab/kitchen, staring at possible ingredients and saying to no one in particular, "What is beer?"

Bottle shared in a tapas restaurant in Liverpool. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of grain, wheat, citrus, yeast and banana. Medium sweetness with light bitterness. Medium body, thin texture, soft carbonation. Decent without being anythign special.

Slightly cloudy with white soapy top, pale gold colour. Lager with wheat characteristic, not so often to taste. Interesting taste, remind me to Blue Moon Belgian White from Michigan, USA - which taste is superb if one ask me. Average carbonation, creamy. Refreshing and enjoyable.

Bottle. Has a slightly hazy yellow color with an off-white head. A little chemical aroma of soap, citrus, pale malt, flowers and nuts. Taste of sweet pale malt and some citrus. One dimensional. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. A little unbalanced and boring. Fresh but not a typical wit.

Kolor : Słomkowy. Piwo jest klarowne.
Piana: Lekka, śnieżnobiała, raczej wodnista i szybko redukująca się. Malowanie i wzorki na szkle jak najbardziej odpowiednie.
Zapach : Jest to co powinno być : jest kolendra, trochę kwaskowatych nut i fenole przyprawowe.
Smak : Bardzo prawidłowy. Kolendra jest wyrazista, połączona jest z cytryną oraz skórką pomarańczy. Całość dopełniają przyprawowe nuty. Goryczka minimalna. Wit dobrze pijalny.
Wysycenie: Niskie.
Piwo idealne na upalne dni. Można tu wyróżnić akcenty przyprawowe, skórkę pomarańczy i kolendrę. Klasycznie i prawidłowo. Wynalazek orzeźwiający i świetnie pijalny. Piwo uwarzone przez Ferran’a Adriŕ - wybitnego szefa kuchni, uznawanego przez wielu za najlepszego kucharza na świecie. Posiada on w Hiszpani restaurację uhonorowaną 3 gwiazdkami Michelin (El Buli). Restauracja 4 razy uznawana była za najlepszą na świecie (w tym 3 razy z rzędu).

Bottle from Kaldi. Slightly cloudy gold with a finger of white foam. Light citrus and coriander nose, some wheat too. Sweet on the palate with some sweet mandarin. Easy to drink but not as peppery as I like my wits. Not bad though.

couleur blonde avec colet généreux mais effemere. peu d effervescence. Arôme d’épices. Gout léger et peu complexe. Ce boit bien malgré tout.
