2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle at PPRBSG09. Thin pale golden beer with a white head. The aroma is light and hoegaardenesque. Coriander and light citrus over a light wheatiness. Pretty thin body... I’d probably take the original over this one. Meh... it tastes like what it is.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Big white head. Hazy yellow body. Fruity strawberry and honey aroma with floral notes, very harmonic Dryish papery strawberry and honey taste with milky notes. Mid-to-thin body. Faintly oily chalky mouthfeel. Dry herbal milky wheaty aftertaste. Aroma is nice, but the beer itself is a bit too neutral. Light and drinkable, though. (0.75l bottle, wine monopoly.)

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Bevmo: Created a huge thick fluffy serving of foam which took time to retreat and make drinkable but once it was done turning to liquid it appeared gold with white tinting. Aroma is real delicate and only allows a glimpse of a second into the licorice and coriander it so boldly boasts on the label, but I have to admit knowing it was from Spain was a good clue that it wasn’t going to be a special brew. The flavor had a backing of coriander but I wasn’t able to track down any other ingredients, but I can say that I was impressed by the high quality of grainy malts used. I’m also surprised I was able to easily buy a bottle of Inedit before finding the original damm bottle recipe.

clear to hazy yellow, slightly golden, white head. 2
very nice slightly sourish or lemony mild tempered spicy aroma. 7
flavor is okay for a witbier, but far from fantastic. it is dry, but some bitterhops are making it less fresh than some other witbeers, flavor is wheat, honey, spices, faint bitterhops. 6
palate is smooth
overall a decent witbeer but nothing out of the ordinary. 13
