Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

0.75L bottle, fluffy head, hazy light orange colour, wheaty aroma with ripe oranges, some spices, and something medicinal in the back, flavours of wheat and citrus with some metalic traces in the back. Classic belgian witt profile but could be much more assertive and interesting.

Big bomber brought to me from Spain by my wife. Pours a cloudy orange-yellow, with ample fizzing up to a white, fluffy foam head, that bubbles away over the course of the next few minutes. Nose is of hay and lager funk, with something like butter (apologies to the previous rater for stealing your vibe, but I think you nailed it!) and apple cider vinegar in there as well. Flavor is understated, even for a Wit. Sort of a weak stab at bready malts and perhaps some grass and spruce hops, a stab of sweetness and earthy funk at the finish folllowed much later by something like black pepper!?... but itís all watered down and out. Spain and Germany met, and they agreed to make this beer... thatís funny "awwww", not funny "ha ha". Nice try guys. Wait, check that. Terrible try guys. Not undrinkable by any stretch, and I thank my wife for bringing this across the ocean just for me. But, this is not worth whatever theyíre charging in EUROS for it.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity smooth malty grainy aroma with some weak hints of banana. Sweetish wheat malty spicy flavor with some hints of citrus. Has a sweetish wheat malty spicy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Serving: 750 ml. bottle. Letís hope this cousin of Estrella Damm is better than itís predecessor. The pour is a very cloudy brownish gold with a frothy white head. Hmmm... nothing earth shattering yet. The nose says... buttered popcorn??? This canít be good. Some earth and lemon is mixed in as well. Fruity and floral as the the discription says? I think it misses the mark. And the taste? Mo butter is not mo better. Houston, we have brewing flaws. Flat and lifeless is a good description. Slight citric notes lurk in there, but outside of that and some pale malt sweetness, there isnít much. The carbonation is smooth and soft, but it canít save this beer. Overall itís a pretty disappointing Wit.

Pours a cloudy, straw yellow color with a small white head. Very hazy. The aroma is yeasty with a little bit of coriander but not too much else. Still, it smells nice. The flavor is not what I was expecting, as I didnít get any orange or coriander. I got a lot of peach flavor, which was nice, even if unexpected. The beer has a very light mouthfeel with lots of carbonation. Not true to the style, but still a very refreshing beer.

Cloudy yellow body and white head. Pineapple and lemon aroma with some yeast. Flavor is light and fruity, some sweet and some malt. Fizzy and watery. Not very interesting beer, but drinkable.

Pretentious packaging. Pours golden yellow with frothy white head and haze. Aroma is light - orange and coriander, pineapple and lemon with a hint of yeast. Flavor is light and fruity, with light pilsner malt, orange zest. Body is effervescent and smooth but a little watery. I liked the attempt here by Damm to postulate that beer can be just as fine as wine, but the beer would have to be outstanding and this is a little thin and mediocre as far as witbier goes.

Champagne shaped bottle, 750ml, pours golden slightly hazy with a nice white head, aroma of lichi, pineapple and peach, flavor of yeast, lemon and pinapple with some herby-banana finish, medium to low body, OK.
