Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2015 Quite an unusual beer. a witbier lager. It sort of works together but sort of doesn’t work as a witbier or lager. While not bad the lager takes away some fruitiness from the taste and the palate is thin. But strangely drinkable. Serving: Bottle

0,75l Champagnerflasche. Intensiver Korriander und Orangenschalen Duft. Dazu Hefe und Getreide. Goldgelbe Farbe mit viel luftigem Schaum. Sehr fruchtiger Antrunk. Dann kommen Kräuter und Hefe. Im Abgang angenehm bitter. Wohl nicht das beste Bier der Welt, wie es der Aufdruck suggerieren will, aber mein liebstes Witt Bier!

This is solid. Looks fantastic in the bottle, look great in the glass, lovely white fluffy head, great lacing as you drink. Does not have a lot of aroma, does not have a real lot of taste points, but is really smooth easy drinking, Certainly not leading edge but it is a fine drinking beer that I would drink a few of readily and easily. Very nice drinking for a sunny day and few cares

75 cl bottle@Delicatessen Aker Brygge with Ariel and Tarjei in small glass at approx 8 degreesC. Pours slightly hazy yellow with white head with short retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus and and wheat and this is followed in the taste where it seems that the witbier and the lager manage to shomehow cancel each other out. A little wit spicyness is left though, also in the short aftertaste. Medium carbonation and watery mouthfeel. Refreshing without any off tastes, the beer is quite drinkable, but I do find that it falls between two chairs and is memorable neither as a wit nor a lager.

Una mezcla excelente, toque de trigo y rubia, dulce y un regusto muy agradable. Solo echo de menos algo mas de cuerpo.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy golden, creamy white head. Aroma of pale malts and grain, not as perfumey as other witbiers, some grassy and peppery spice. Taste: a little perfume, malt sweetness, CO2 astringency. Not bad, but mediocre.

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet Storo, Oslo. Pours clear and rather pale golden with a modest, but lasting, white head. Grainy aroma with some fruity notes, some wheat, banana and hints of citrus and spices. Moderate sweet with mild, but fairly pleasant flavours and a light acidity. Easy to drink and fairly refreshing, but somewhat on the boring side.

Aceptable witbier.

Aroma: The smell is citric - bitter oranges, lemon, fruity - banana and apples, spicy - coriander, cardamom.
Appearance: A light golden slightly hazy beer, a very white head that leaves good lacing.
Taste: The taste is upfront sweet, honey with orange zest, lemon and lime, spices - the coriander and some clove.
Palate: Medium carbonation, very smooth and refreshing. A bit watery.
Overall: A very good beer for warm weather. Went well with Swedish herring. Probably the best Spanish beer I’ve tried.
Note: Bottle, with sillsmörgås. Reviewed 2010-07-03.
