COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Corpo baixo. Média carbonatação. Aftertaste refrescante, doce.

Bottle (330ml). Slightly hazy yellow with a nice white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, pears, peach and esters in the nose. Sweet, fruity, spicy and yeast flavors with mild citrusy bitterness. Light-bodied, fizzy and refreshing. Quite simple but OK.

Pours hazy yellow with white head. Aromas are vinous, honey, banana. Mouthfeel is really thin with medium carbonation. Kind of a watery Hoegaarden.

BB 04/15. Poured a clear pale straw colour with a one-finger white frothy head that diminished quickly to a collar that laced OK. Carbonation moderate to high and medium. Aroma of lime and faint cloves. Taste of moderately sweet caramel with slight cloves. Light body bordering on watery. Crisp, fresh, smooth and soft. Cloves develop on finish as it warms. Ordinary; not a good example of a witbier.

330ml Bottle from Beers of Europe (£2.19):
This one was a little bit of a let down for me after I’d waited so long to get my hands on a bottle, the beer was definitely a light one and there was nothing truly noteworthy of it but it was an easy enough beer to drink in spite of this. The taste, and smell for that matter were both good but didn’t seem especially strong meaning it was a bit of a struggle to pick anything up from this one sadly.

75 cl bottle from eDrinks in Tallinn (€ 2.99 - should be around € 7 in Stockmann). BB 05/2015. Cool design. The beer is a translucent pale yellow with an off-white head, retention not great, lacing ok. A subtle floral nose with wheat and faint spiciness (clove), autumn fruits. Taste wheaty and grainy, overall sweet with nearly no bitterness except for a tiny tingle in the dry and wheaty finish. Body light, nearing watery, carbonation thin but active. It’s quite neutral, rather dull actually, but not terrible either, but it’s proved to be ok in big company when no one really cares / notices what they drink anymore after all the good beer’s gone and not yet ready to hit the harder stuff. Good thing it’s so damn cheap at eDrinks.
