Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Pours opaque orange with white head. Aroma of oranges and cloves. Taste crisp with very nice carbonation hints of coriander and orage peals. Also has a nice esters from the yeast giving off peppery bread finish. Overall a good example of Belgian wit but not one of my favorites.

God og behagelig witbier. Dejlig frisk smag, med god smag af humle. Tilpas sødme

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty, fruity aroma, hints of mandarine, orange zest, a cautious touch of coriander. Taste is moderately sweet wheat malty, slightly citrusy, hints of lemon, mandarine, orange peel, a touch of coriander. Nice.

This bottled brew from a grocery store poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent weak yellow orange colored body and a good lacing. The balanced aroma was bready and wheat. The semi-thick crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of wheat mild hops crisp and bread dough. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Hmm El Bulli does beer. Picked up in Globus, Balexert, a bargain I’m sure! Light golden yellow colour, billowing foam. Spicy, fruity, peach. Initially light and quenching but lacks enough bitterness to be moreish. Ok with food, a bit flabby without. Wit isn’t my favourite thing - this was ok.

This beer is kind of interesting but I can’t say that I thought it was all that good. It does have a lager and wheat characteristic. It’s like, a little yeasty. Off finish.

Bottle: Clear, light yellow-gold with a foamy white head. Orange candy aroma. Taste is sweet......tangerine malt, soft wheat, sweet yeast. .....No bite to it..very soft and sweet, though not annoyingly so. Kind of grew on me after a while....not bad, but I like a little more citric bite in the style.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow with small white head. Bitter smell with yeast and citrus. Refreshing light taste with sweer notes of yeast and malt and bitter hoppy citrus notes.

Bottle - Cloudy yellow colour, medium, bubbly white head, fair retention. Intense coriander aromas with some unmalted wheat and a touch of orange peel. Taste of wheat, bread, coriander, candy, yeast. Light to medium body, average carbonation, creamy texture. A bit out of balance by too much coriander, but its not so bad.

Pours a half finger of head on a clear light straw body. The aroma is grain, orange peal and some spices. The taste progresses from mild bitter to a little sweet and finishes with a little peppercorn. The texture is crisp. It’s enjoyable.
