COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Pours opaque orange with white head. Aroma of oranges and cloves. Taste crisp with very nice carbonation hints of coriander and orage peals. Also has a nice esters from the yeast giving off peppery bread finish. Overall a good example of Belgian wit but not one of my favorites.

Aroma: corainders, some weak citrus notes. Appearance: clear golden color and thin white head. Taste: coriander, some fruity notes, very watery and no body. Palate: low body and medium carbonation, zesty finish. Overall: It is a kind of joke, really.

Taste: Different, fruity and vegetable, herbal, cloves and coriander, strange and interesting. not sure how to describe (or score). Palate: light on palate, sparkly. Overall: Unique!! want to try again with friends to discuss.

Bierdimpfe (349) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 10, 2016
Hazy straw color with a strong amount of activity. Slightly frothy white 2 finger head, lasting around 10 to 15 minutes, with a good amount of legs. Flavors of citrus lemon and lime, sweet grains, fresh floral feel, some herbal hops. The flavors are a little faint with high sweetness. A little roasted and grassy. Slick light body with champagne like carbonation. Light and short finish, ending with a sharp zesty feel of citrus and flowers with a faint hoppy grassy feel. Overall average quality craft. Decent flavors that are too faint, a weak body and low freshness from a flat feel. Highly acidic and overly sugary.

Una Witbier de color dorado. Aroma suave con notas cítricas y miel. Refrescante cremosa y suave. Con un sabor dulce, un leve toque cítrico y de plátano dejando un rastro de miel en el paladar y final seco. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Kolor z?oty, s?omkowy, delikatnie zamglony. Piana bia?a, ?rednio wysoka i niezbyt trwa?a, pozostawia ?lady na szkle. Aromat s?odowo??, odrobina nut chmielowych, kwiatowych, lekko cytryny. Smak: s?odowo??, bia?e pieczywo, i ponownie lekko cytryny. Wysycenie ?rednie.Z jakiej racji jest to Witbier, nie wiem, podsumowuj?c mo?na by powiedzie?, ?e jest to zwyk?y lager.

Bue 10 mois avant DLC aux Canaries. Biere blonde pale/blanche a carbonation moyenne. Thym ? Bien equilibree, ni douce ni amere, et legere acidite.
