COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Bottle from Latitude, Leeds. A fusion of two styles but it is certainly the witbier that dominants in this brew. It has an excellent nose, with pale malts and yeasts combining to give it a potent and slightly floral aroma. Its texture and taste are similar but less stated with a decent smoothness in the palate. Perhaps the lager malts greatest contribution is its rather flat looking pale amber-orange colour with next to no head. There’s some fruit evident in its flavours.

Aroma is slightly skunky malts, honey, clove and yeast. Taste is light honey, caramel, and sweet caramel. Finishes pretty smoothly, not very complex. Appearance is a clear straw body with a pearl head that retains fairly poorly.

En lett og "ufarlig" øl. Skremmer ikke bort noen, men heller ikke det mest spennende. Lettdrikkelig og friskt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 750ml nice bottle served in a thumbler glass. A: Beautiful bottle art and format. Pours a pale and slightly hazy yellow color (with some notes of green against the light) forming a medium and very bubbled white head. Medium retention and lots of lingering lacings left in the glass S: Sweet and spicy. Classic Witbier with strong notes of orange zest and coriander. Notes of liquirice, wheat and sweet pale grains. Sweet bread and a light perfume of flowery hops T: Slightly sweet upfront. Notes of pale malts, wheat, coriander, orange zest and liquirice. Quite smooth and very lightly bitter M: Light body. Medium to low carbonation and a quite zesty and spicy aftertaste O: Very good drinkability. Very easydrinking. Pleasant and spicy Witbier [ BA Review @ 6/21/2014 ]

Drank this with bbq on a warm evening outside, and this is a good context for the beer. Pours mildly hazy pale amber. Smells of the slightly malty sweetness of edemame and sushi rice, with a mild herbal wiff. The bottle was 6mths old though so I think the aromatic qualities were probably gone. Tastes of thin sweet Biscuit and mild hay. Finish is freshly bittering with a lingering flavor that makes you want to dive back in with another quaff. 750mls disappeared pretty quickly. It’s not mind blowing. But I enjoyed it
