COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Mi cerveza española favorita. Tiene un regustillo a cítricos que se queda en el paladar que es maravilloso. Gran trabajo de Ferrán Adriá y Estrella Damm. Que pena que las demás cervezas de la casa Damm no tengan la misma calidad.

Pours hazy golden with a large, sudsy, bright white head. Smells of wheat and hints of citrus and spice. Taste is sweet wheat with some orange peel. Medium-bodied with a soft, smooth texture and soft-carbonation, Estralla Damm Inedit finishes with a hint of spice.

You can definitely feel the hand of a genius such as Ferran Adrià behind this...

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2012 Bottle at REMA! (one of the worst Norwegian grocery stores) Unbelivable. Hazy yellow colour with a big white head. Fruity and citric nose. Well blended and fresh flavour, citrus, coriander, orange, caramel. It is just that damned norwegian price that refuses my pocket to buy a lot of this. But the Swedish systembolaget is not far away :-))

A light aroma of a Belgian wit. This is light, smooth and airy. A great feeling throughout. Soft and eminently drinkable, the only downside to this is that is quite pricey.

Pours a golden yellow with a fizzy white head that fades fast leaving a nice lacing. Nose is of hay and barn yard. Taste is crisp, dry, citrus and floral. Enjoying this beer more than I expected I would. Would definitely drink again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, Innisfil, Ontario, Canada. Picked this up from the LCBO on a whim and have been converted to the cult of Spanish brew. Outstanding creamy head, gorgeous blonde pour. Coriander nose, orange peel. Sweet going down, very very smooth, fruity. Citrus, orange peel. Excellent bitterness on the backend. A shocker here; I love this one and would do it over and again. Nicely played!

I am suprised by the low ratings for this one. I found it to be quite compelling for the style. Very flavorful with a nice complexity.

Pours a three-finger white head that fades slowly to a thin layer and leaves some lace. Yeasty orange nose. Hazy amber color. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied. Flavor is orange with the yeast in background. Nice wit. $9.99 for a 750ml bottle from Beverage Warehouse Winooski, VT.
