COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

750mL bottle at Victors 1959 Cafe, Minneapolis. This is a tasty surprise from Spain, I was not expecting a wit when I ordered it, but the first sip filled with coriander and orange was pleasant and inviting. full creamy body and balanced taste, I find no licorice and i’m thankful for that.. not bad, probably not worth 18 dollars if I was paying.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy egg yolk with a thin white head. Taste is of yeast, malt, wheat, bread and some s[ice. Similar aroma. Has a medium with a yeast and fruit finish. Not bad.

Clear yellow. Aroma is hay and sorry to say some urine. Has a bit of spice in it. Like you dropped a breath mint or something in the bottle. It grew on me. Quite nice and refreshing.

Bottle received as a gift. Light orange character with notes of honey and coriander, interesting licorice twist, quite light overall and fades even more as it warms, fairly clean finish. Nothing exciting but decently refreshing for what it is.

Bottle from Tesco, pours pale hazy straw colour with small foamy white head which doesn’t last. Aroma is wheat, yeast, lager grain, a touch of coriander, sugar and lightly floral. Taste is medium sweet and mildly bitter, carbonation not too heavy. Not bad at all.

rauchbier (3775) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JUL 12, 2016
Bottle, from Tesco. Hazy lemon gold, fluffy and sustained white head, gentle condition. Slight fruitiness in the nose with hints of lemon and corriander, herbal honey and sweet malt. Quite soft in the mouth with a dry edge, hints of citrus lemon and a slight yeastines, like a very weak attempt at a witbier. finish is slightly citric and lightly spicy. Should perhaps be called Sarcasmo as it is the lowest form of Wit.

Gehbe (123) - Vilnius, LITHUANIA - JUL 10, 2016
Straw colour with a little bit of cloudiness, huge frothy white head, nice lacing. Nose of grapefruit, lemon, corriander, vanilla-and-wood-like sweetness, milk, some soapiness.Taste is light sour with even lighter milky sweetness. Fairly dry with a little creaminess in texture, highly carbonated, somewhat sticky finish. Crispy and refreshing, but the spicing is overdone (too soapy).

Strange bottle but a powerful inviting nose with notes of spice and citrus fruit. Good, powerful taste as well - sawdust, musk and grape all detectable - but alas a little fizzy. This weakens the flavours and detracts from the experience.

Little bottle thanks to Matt. Pours out a hazy pale golden topped with a white head. Nose is light banana some fruit esters spice and malts. Taste is more of the nice soft malts wheat notes and a little fruit ester.
