COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Pretty pleasant to drink, but AMAZING hype on the label, the pamphlet attached to the neck of the bottle, even the shape of the model. Penalized slightly for the hype and for the price. But otherwise an innocuous Belgian white.

Aceptable witbier.

Aroma: The smell is citric - bitter oranges, lemon, fruity - banana and apples, spicy - coriander, cardamom.
Appearance: A light golden slightly hazy beer, a very white head that leaves good lacing.
Taste: The taste is upfront sweet, honey with orange zest, lemon and lime, spices - the coriander and some clove.
Palate: Medium carbonation, very smooth and refreshing. A bit watery.
Overall: A very good beer for warm weather. Went well with Swedish herring. Probably the best Spanish beer I’ve tried.
Note: Bottle, with sillsmörgås. Reviewed 2010-07-03.

Pours a small yellowish head atop a golden body. Nose of candied Apple. Mild tart front but flavour is somewhat flat. I find this beer boring.

Botella. Dorada clara ligeramente turbia. Abundante espuma. Aroma un poco plano con algo de cítricos. Sabor un poco plano. Resulta equilibrada, ligero toque especiado, pero no destaca nada en particular. Se queda simplemente en una cerveza refrescante y agradable. Poco más.

Copenhagen 23/8 2015. 75 cl bottle from Netto. Label with 5 pronged star and a declaration that the beer is "crafted by the worlds most Award-winning chef". Pours slightly hazy yellow with white head. Settles quite quickly as thin layer of foam with some lacing. Aroma is of citrus fruit, tart lemonade and wheat. Medium carbonation. Watery mouthfeel. Flavour is of citrus, tart and with some spices. Not much aftertaste to speak of. Pretty refreshing late on a summerday. Not much else. I wonder what area of expertise this chef has earned his/her many awards. Probably not beer craftmanship.

Poured from a bottle. Slight hazy yellow color, small white head. Soft wheat and orange aroma. Light body with a nice sweet soft wheat flavor and a nice sweet finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pleasant nose but on the neutral side. Clear taste but lack a bit of character. Nice head. A bit cloudy.

Large bottle split 3-ways. Pours with a cloudy, apricot colored body and a decent head that leaves spotty lacing. Fruity and yeasty aroma that would lead me to guess a Belgian origin. The flavor largely follows. Moderate complexity. O: as claimed, drinks like a cross between a light lager and a wheat beer.

Bottle. It pours hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma is spicy with notes of coriander and sweet citrus fruits. Some wheaty notes. Spicy and wheaty flavor. Coriander and light citrus.

Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is wheat, floral notes, and orange. Flavor wheat and barely hints of orange. Overall this is pretty bland, without the pop of flavor you get with most witbiers.
