Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

.5 L bottle directly from Barcelona. Appearance is great, small creamy, frothy white excellent lacing head with short life. Body hue orange yellow reminds me of blue moon. Smells like Belgian yeast, banana and orange with a spice I canít put my finger on, probably because Iím smelling the yeastyness. Flavor is nothing special. Maybe I donít have a pallet for the Belgian yeast beers, but it is very light and little hops finish, a smooth and carbonation tinge on the tongue finish. Light body finish, watery, lively carbonation very smooth finish. Yeast sediment on bottom of bottle, not a bad beer, expecting more.

750ml nice bottle served in a thumbler glass. A: Beautiful bottle art and format. Pours a pale and slightly hazy yellow color (with some notes of green against the light) forming a medium and very bubbled white head. Medium retention and lots of lingering lacings left in the glass S: Sweet and spicy. Classic Witbier with strong notes of orange zest and coriander. Notes of liquirice, wheat and sweet pale grains. Sweet bread and a light perfume of flowery hops T: Slightly sweet upfront. Notes of pale malts, wheat, coriander, orange zest and liquirice. Quite smooth and very lightly bitter M: Light body. Medium to low carbonation and a quite zesty and spicy aftertaste O: Very good drinkability. Very easydrinking. Pleasant and spicy Witbier [ BA Review @ 6/21/2014 ]

Drank this with bbq on a warm evening outside, and this is a good context for the beer. Pours mildly hazy pale amber. Smells of the slightly malty sweetness of edemame and sushi rice, with a mild herbal wiff. The bottle was 6mths old though so I think the aromatic qualities were probably gone. Tastes of thin sweet Biscuit and mild hay. Finish is freshly bittering with a lingering flavor that makes you want to dive back in with another quaff. 750mls disappeared pretty quickly. Itís not mind blowing. But I enjoyed it

Very nice lacing. Fluffy white head. Very faint aroma of malt. The taste is very smooth and light. Nice beer not very bold. Perfect for the light beer lovers of the world. Was pretty expensive for the beer quality.

Poured from bottle. Rating from memory from yesterday Oktoberfest party. Aroma of vanilla and citrus. Cloudy gold with thin white head. Vanilla and citrus flavors come through with some pepper, yeast and spice. Nice stuff - not sure if Iíve had beer from Spain before.
