2.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 MrRoss (646) - Delta, British Columbia, - JUN 10, 2010Poured a clear, medium gold beneath a rocky off-white head. Aroma was grassy, perfumed, and had some citrus notes. Mouthfeel was rather thin. Taste has some citrus, with a slight sourness at the finish. Not a great start, but it did improve towards the end, especially after I added the generous helping of sediment from the lower regions of the bottle.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Rulymel (35) - SPAIN - MAY 20, 2013
Very nice witbier from one of the most important beer manufactures in Spain. It is good that one company like Damm produce something different than the poor typical lagers.
Appearance: pale golden colour with a nice head.
Aroma: fresh aroma with a lot of coriander and citrics. Nice to noise.
Taste: fresh and funny, with lot of flower, citrics and spicy.
Palate: Good balanced and long finish wheat taste. Light but tasty.
Overall: Good beer for a hot day, very nice bottle.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 barn0216 (216) - California, USA - MAY 12, 2013
Clear pale golden or yellow color. Creamy bed of foam forms while pouring before settling to a thin layer just on the surface. Excellent lacing. Aroma is faint but sweet. Honey, coriander, grain, orange peel. Taste features more of the classic lager elements, very subtle and bright. Very pleasant summer beer but don’t expect to be blown away.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 nazzty (532) - Ödåkra - Helsingborg, SWEDEN - MAY 12, 2013
A witbier that pulls a little to the hefeweizen. The seasoning with coriander and orange peel is like a Belgian, but they have definitely used German yeast. Very well made, olé.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 kermis (2479) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAY 9, 2013

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 pictoman (81) - British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 6, 2013
Poured from a 750mL bottle. Slightly cloudy yellow with minimal white head. Sweet yeasty malt aroma. Oily texture, sweet malt, apple taste.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 onkelgobber (132) - Edinburgh, - APR 25, 2013
Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a high rising and quickly falling head. Nose has lots of orange peel and coriander. Taste is almost like a wheat but with more spices like the above. Body is medium and the aftertaste is rather short but pleasantly balanced. Not a bad beer, but not amazing either. Good with fatty foods, I’d say.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Douberd (625) - NETHERLANDS - APR 23, 2013
750 ml bottle at home, poured into a weizen. ABV 4.8%. It is supposed to be made to pair with almost every food, so I had it with some chicken, if that accounts to anything.
Pours a pale yellow beer, with two fingers of nice, white and soapy head. Good retention and nice rings of lacing as the foam goes down and as I drink it.
Aroma is discreet, some malts, more wheat, a little bit of the coriander as well.
Taste of wheat, sweet with a light acidic bite close to the end, very faint citrus.
Medium thick body, carbonation is on good levels, maybe just a tiny bit above called average. Smooth on the palate.
Overall, I was expecting this to be an overpriced, all hyped up beer, what with all the chefs being part of its creation, but it turned out to be a decent beer, and as far as my dinner is concerned, it paired up more than good.
4.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20 plunkett93 (1) - Houston, Texas, USA - APR 23, 2013 does not count
Aroma is delicate with aromas of citrus and herb, hints of coriander. Pours a straw color with a light lacey head. The taste is incredibly well balanced hints of citrusy hops, orange with hints of spice. The palate is light and slightly creamy. Overall this beer is incredible. That being said, I don’t look at this as a Belgian white. It’s not really, this beer was designed for use with food, and it succeeds incredibly. There’s a lot of subtlety in this bottle, take your time with it and you’ll appreciate it more.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Welley_Alves (101) - Sao Paulo, BRAZIL - APR 18, 2013

0.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 maltwolf (17) - FRANCE - APR 18, 2013
Bottle. not what I expected, on a Belgian Wheat style, too expensive for what it is. If one of the most creative chefs sign up for this beer I expected much more.
