COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Bue 10 mois avant DLC aux Canaries. Biere blonde pale/blanche a carbonation moyenne.

Pours golden, slightly hazy with white foam that dissipates. Very light intensity aroma of white pepper, orange peel, notes of pharmaceutical off aroma.Taste is sweet, light tart, some bitter orange, not much going on. Low to med carbonation, light bodied, not much in general.

Bottle. Was expecting some kind of witbier but this is more like a regular old mild lager. Not sure where they think this is wit except for the fact that I have seen witbeers this color. Yes, a little medicinal and disappointing. Just a plain old lighter euro lager, what else can be said. Not impressed. Not bad but I laugh thinking to myself this is in the same style as beautiful civilized wits like Hoegaarden, East End Witte, Wittekerke, Blanche de Namur, ShuBrew Witches Brew Witbier & La Trappe Witte Trappist.....no way.

Bottle from Tesco. Pours clear pale golden. Nose is wheat, coriander, light lemon bitter. Taste is sweetish wheat malts, citrus, ester, light spices. Easy, balanced, not groundbreaking but very drinkable.

Clear yellow. Aroma is hay and sorry to say some urine. Has a bit of spice in it. Like you dropped a breath mint or something in the bottle. It grew on me. Quite nice and refreshing.

Bottle received as a gift. Light orange character with notes of honey and coriander, interesting licorice twist, quite light overall and fades even more as it warms, fairly clean finish. Nothing exciting but decently refreshing for what it is.
