11.2oz bottle in a tulip. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma toasted light malts with very light hops. Flavor about the same. Pretty standard but decent for the style. Light texture.

Tasted 2011-03-30. Pours clear, light yellow with white head. Slightly citrussy aroma. Rather fresh taste. Somewhat acidic. Slightly bitter - almost not at all. Very weak though. Not particularly interesting, but drinkable.

33 cl bottle. $1 loose @ Binny’s. Puts on a nice bubbly show when poured, leaving a yellow beer with a spongy head. Surprised to find some floaties in it. No sludge in bottom of the bottle. Smell had a brief bit of skunk, but there seemed to be malt hiding under the cap. Taste is pretty good. No obvious corn here. Light crisp malts, prickly bitterness. There’s even a little sticky malt on my lip. A nice surprise: an imported lager that traveled well from a country not known for its beer tradition.

Clear, light yellow body. The small, fizzy, white head soon reduces to a thin layer that leaves a good amount of lacing. A generic pale lager aroma. I had this right after a Coors Light, and compared to the latter there are actually some flavours in the Estrella, and the body is less light. The taste is not bad at all, a light bitterness makes this beer almost nice. Average carbonation. [33 cl bottle, 4.6 % abv, from Bunnpris, Blindern, Oslo]

Draft at IBG (Lutz, FL). Pours a clear golden yellow with a fizzy white head. Slightly sweet aroma and flavor, but pretty mild overall.

Originally rated June 2009. Another cheap lager DAMM-it ! That right. Pours a yellow hay colour with lots of big bubbles for carbonation. White thin head, disappearing fast, fizzing, leaving dirty lace though. Scent of cheap sweet malt. Written 4.6% alc/vol on the can. Starts off taste a little sweet, then goes through a middle with mild hop, to then go back to a sweet finish. The aftertaste then shows some corn and some grass. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Gets better and better as you sip it (more hoppy).
